Pricing INCLUDES UK mainland delivery (we can quote delivery cost for customers in Northern & Republic of Ireland, UK offshore, Scottish highlands, mainland Europe or indeed anywhere else.

Pricing EXCLUDES UK VAT @ 20%. Export customers within the EU also must pay UK VAT unless they can provide a valid EU VAT number.

Export to non EU countries DO NOT pay UK VAT.

We DO NOT charge artwork set up or origination costs as long as suitable logos & artwork are provided.

We DO NOT create or redraw logos

Our standard quoted prices are based on a single item of each garment style.

Some accessory items have a higher minimum quantity which is clearly quoted.

Our minimum order value for new customers is £300.00 (£250.00 + VAT).

There is no minimum order value for re-orders but if the invoice value of a re-order is below £180.00 (£150.00 + VAT) then we will charge delivery

In offering garments in singles units of each style we have set out to be as flexible as possible as a supplier. We do however request that the customer manages their kit orders sensibly. For instance a large order of many different garment styles in single units of each item will not be accepted.

We require ALL logos to be provided as VECTOR graphics in high resolution format (e.g.: Adobe

Illustrator (.AI), Corel draw (.CDR)).
We cannot accept low resolution graphics, website optimised logos (e.g.: JPEG, TIFF, BMP etc.) as on

reproduction these formats will pixelate or distort & look terrible on the finished garment. If you

do not have suitable quality graphics please consult with a designer.

Typical order lead-times are 5 ~ 8 weeks – This starts from the point that we have signed-off artwork,

order confirmation including sizing & quantities & deposit payment
Production lead-time does vary through the season according to how busy our factory is at the point of

ordering. In low season lead-time is 4 ~ 5 weeks and high season 7 ~ 8 weeks
Exact production lead-time is also dependant on the size & complexity of the order.

We print & manufacture every garment to order as the order is confirmed. Every garment has to pass through a series of production stages (Including design preparation, printing, sublimation, cutting, sewing, finishing, QC & packing) before shipping & delivery. Your order must be slotted into the production schedule along with many other customer orders.

NO…. We would be unable to 100% guarantee this so do not currently offer this service.

No. Unlike our competitors we do not insist that our logo is included in the kit design. Our logo is however printed on the INSIDE of the collar, on the wash label and on the silicone elastic where used.

We also pack with a Wildoo labels & branded packaging. Of course if you would like to include our logo on the design we would be happy to include it.

We are actively involved in supporting grass roots cycle sport & already support a few race teams & clubs. We cannot sponsor every-one but will always consider any requests.

First of all please check carefully our product range and choose the garments you intend to order. Garments such as our short sleeve jerseys and bib shorts have a number of option that use different cutting patterns. We need to know your choice before preparing artwork so we can ensure we prepare the design to correctly fit the panels for the chosen garment’s cutting pattern.

Once we have the above information we need your logo(s) & also a sketch or description of the design and layout required. If you have any particular colours please quote the Pantone or CMYK colour reference. If you do not have this then our designers must work off a ‘screen shot’ of the supplied

logos/design.
If you wish to supply your own prepared design we are happy to work with this but please ensure that supplied files are high resolution fully vectorised & fully editable.

Usually within one working day we will send you a design proof. This will need to be checked carefully. If you require any revisions or corrections our design team can do this. Please bear in mind we do not charge for artwork preparation & will revise until you have a final design ready for sign off so ask that you have a clear design idea in advance.

We will only prepare one design per garment style and do not offer multiple designs for evaluation. If you are not sure what you need please consult an independent designer who can prepare & submit a number of designs for your evaluation. Wildoo can personally recommend www.designmyjersey.co.uk
Once we have signed-off artwork we are in a position to process your order to pass to production.

Once we have the signed-off artwork we will require a confirmed order detailing the chosen garments with sizing & quantities. We also require invoice name, address, phone number & email address.

Also if the delivery address is different we will also need these details. We send all deliveries by courier which must be signed for. We will prepare a sales order confirmation & then require a deposit payment.

A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WITH ORDERS OVER £300.00 (Inc VAT)

FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED ON ORDERS LESS THAN £300.00 (Inc VAT)

Once the deposit is paid we will pass the order to production.

We can accept Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Bank transfers & cheque payment. If your order is urgent please do not use cheque payment as we need to allow up to 7 days for cleared funds.

All our custom cycling kit is produced for us by our partner factory in China with whom we have a longstanding working partnership. The factory is family owned & specialises in quality sublimation printed cycling kit.

All staff are experienced, skilled and receive above average salaries to ensure we have a stable and happy workforce. The factory does not employ children & and observes all local employment regulations, holidays etc & has established staff welfare policies. We periodically personally visit the factory to inspect all processes to ensure that all aspects of the production meet our standards.

We only use this one factory for all our sublimation printed garments to maintain consistency of quality & printing order after order.
The result of this partnership is that Wildoo can offer European quality levels at Asian prices.

Yes! We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects on all our custom clothing. This covers failed zips, faulty stitching etc. We do not cover for wear & tear or crash damage. Any genuine warranty will be either repaired or replaced at our discretion. If we chose to replace please bear in mind that we will need time to produce a replacement item.

Firstly please check our sizing charts. These show both physical measurements that can be compared with an existing garment that you have. Secondly we do have samples or for clubs sizing packs that we can send out. We require a holding deposit for all sizing packs & samples that are sent out. These must be returned in good condition within 2 weeks for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer sizing packs for shorts.

No. As our garments are bespoke & produced to order with your own design we cannot accept returns if the garments do not fit. For clubs this generally is not an issue as kit can be swapped around the membership but if ordering for specific riders we ask that you carefully check sizing before ordering.

If you find the same quality of kit for less than we would consider a price match. As any competitor will be producing a different specification to our kit we would need to see a detailed price quotation & specification first. We would then only price match if we feel that the competitive quote is a like for like quality of fabric, printing, trims & package.

Yes. We offer a 5% discount on 10pcs or more on one garment style. Once the total order quantity reaches 50pcs we offer a quantity based discount structure for orders of 50pcs, 100pcs, 200pcs etc. which is detailed in our price list.

Yes. For customers who require a large quantity of a single specific garment we are in the position to offer some very special pricing. Please contact us for a bespoke quotation.
