Orders:  Currently we can only accept orders from UK and BFPO addreses.  If you wish to order from outside the UK please email us with your order and we can quote delivery costs and arrange payment

Delivery: Goods will be despatched within 2 working days of recieved order if goods are in stock.  If goods are out of stock we will contact by email and advise of expected delay.  If customer cannot wait or is not prepared to wait we will refund in full.

If you wish to cancel the order please contact us at the first instance and request a refund.  If goods have already been despatched we cannot refund until gooods have been returned to us in unused condition and in original packaging

Faulty goods:  If goods are faulty please return them to us with explanation of the fault.  Once inspected we will contact to arrange replacement or refund.
