From May 2009 EU-Bottle can now offer a drinking straw pulling spout for their range of bottles. This straw pulling spout replaces the standard pulling spout and can be specified on all bottles as an upgrade at the point of ordering. This straw spout is produced from the same soft thermoplastic rubber as the standard pulling spout so is durable and user friendly. Also when in the closed position the spout will not leak! We will be anouncing prices very soon.

Customized Sports Bottles

Sports bottles are an excellent way to promote your brand, club, school or organisation. It is fundamental to ensure that your image is associated with quality and for this reason the supplier should be carefully chosen. Whilst there are many suppliers offering sports bottles most are let down by poor quality materials, leaking caps and imprecise printing. Unlike promotional merchandising companies we source directly from the factory with no middle men. We have over 10 years experience and handle the whole order process from artwork preparation through to delivery.

Printing

EU-Bottle offers a custom printing service with possibly the lowest minimum quantity in the business.

Up to five colours designs can be printed onto the bottle but for low volume production runs we recommend one or two colour printing for economy. We can also offer a 4 colour process if you have a photograph or picture to print, however for this service our minimum print run is 500 bottles.

If you are not sure of how best to design your bottle then we can offer our experience to advice on the best layout. Simply email to us your logo, colour scheme and any other details you wish to include on the bottle such as telephone number, email address etc and we can formulate a layout. There is usually no additional charge for this service but in some cases we may charge if complicated artwork is involved. If this is the case we will advise on the cost before any work is undertaken.

Design Ideas

Measure Bar: We can incorporate a measure bar into the design. As long as this is printed using one of the print colours for your design there is no additional cost

Name Box: Rectangular box can be included in the print area in which the owner can write their name with a permanent marker.

Delivery of the bottles usually takes 4~6 weeks from the time the artwork has been signed off. This timescale is approximate and we can confirm a more exact delivery date upon placing of the order. Any delays in provision of artwork or approval of design layout by the customer may delay production and therefore extend delivery dates.

PLEASE NOTE: For ALL new customers a deposit is required with the order. The balance will be due upon delivery of the bottles.

Technical Information

Bottle blow molded using premium quality Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE).
Cap Injection molded using premium quality High Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
Screw-on cap design ensures easy opening for refilling, cleaning and prevents leaks.
Pulling Spout made from the highest quality British made thermoplastic rubber, they are probably the best in the business! The unique feature of the spout is that it actually works better the more you use it as opposed to the traditional LDPE/HDPE spouts that tend to deteriorate with use.
Thoroughly clean bottles before first use and then after every use to prevent bacteria build-up
Dishwasher safe as long as they are placed on the lower shelf on cool or normal settings only. On 65° settings plastic will shrink and caps will no longer fit properly and therefore may leak.
Bisphenol A (BPA) is not present in our products.
All materials are food safe & conform to EU regulation EU 1935/2004
