An increasing number of businesses in the UK bicycle industry understand the advantages of ‘own brand’ products.  As brand building becomes more important the challenge is to find a reliable source for products. The most cost effective and reliable manufacturing source is now in Asia (Taiwan, China & Pakistan).  We souce most components from Taiwainese factories due to their high quality and flexibility to produce lower volumes.  For carbon frames we mostly use XPACE in China who are a high quality and trusted producer. Working with overseas suppliers can be time consuming and costly if misunderstandings lead to mistakes. Wildoo has many years experience working closely with both customer and supplier to ensure that the order process is seemless and costly mistakes are prevented before leaving the factory.  With long lead-times from the far east a mistake can lose a customer 6 months business on a product line.

Framesets

Our Taiwanese frame shop is approved by all the major tubing manufacturers including Easton, Dedacciai, Reynolds & Columbus.  For lower volume customers we can offer standard geometry models and for higher volume can produce to customer’s drawings.   The Carbon frames from XPACE feature SSW (Super Smooth Wall) technology and are up there with the best carbon frames on the market for weight, strength and performance but without a top end price tag! We can deliver frames raw for painting in Europe or fully stickered and painted to the customers required design. 

Components

A comprehensive range of components produced including Headsets, seatclamps, bars, stems, forks, Seatposts.  Materials offered include Aluminium, Carbon Composites and Titanium.   

Finishing Kit

To finish off the bike own brand bar tape, bottle cages, bar ends and saddles can be offered.
