Quality high performance cycle kit is essential for cycling in all conditions.
Before launching the clothing, Wildoo has spent over two years searching for the right manufacturing partners who offer the quality, service and price that we require.
Each garment has been thoroughly tested to ensure that the quality meets our high standards and the requirement of the customer. We use the latest quality, high tech fabrics and the very latest printing methods to ensure every garment performs as expected.
Wildoo offer a complete range of cycle clothing custom printed for clubs, teams, retailers, charities, event organisers etc.
Our minimum order is just 10 items of the same artwork design. Unlike most of our competitors we do not insist that your garment must have our logo incorporated in your design. As the customer this will be your choice! Of course we would be pleased if you do choose to feature our logo.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
Printing: Italian Monte Antonio sublimation and Japanese Mimaki digital printing machines with Italian made J-Teck (J-Eco) Nanodot Technology sublimation inks (UV resistant) to ensure vibrant and long lasting colours.
Fabrics: All fabrics are premium quality with high performance function.
Zips: We only use YKK zips (Unless requested otherwise by the customer).
Threads: We only use Coats threads
Machines: All garments are machined using Japanese Juki sewing machines.
ORDERING INFORMATION:
Sizing: Please refer to size charts.
Minimums: 10 garments per design per order (Mixed sizes).
Delivery: Prices include delivery to UK mainland (We can deliver worldwide)
Lead-time: 5~6 weeks (low season) or 6~10 weeks (high season) from confirmation (Pending acceptable artwork is provided).
Artwork: All artwork MUST be provided in Illustrator Vector files ready to print.
Design: We now offer free in-house artwork preparation for simple designs if you know what you want. If you require a professional kit design service we can recommend Roger Morgan at www.designmyjersey.co.uk.
Payment: We require a 50% deposit with order. The balance will be due upon delivery.
Sampling: If you wish to order pre-production samples there will be an upcharge of 50% per garment. We will however refund this surcharge on your first production order.
Set up Charges: There are no set up charges as long as artwork is provided in an acceptable format.
VAT: All prices exclude VAT.
Warranty: We guarantee all garments for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Any claims must be returned to Wildoo for inspection.
Special garments: If you have any special requests for garments not listed please contact us. We can produce unique garments to customers own drawings and dimensions (Minimum quantities apply for this service).
Urgent Orders? The production lead-time is constantly fluctuating according the season and the order level at the time of ordering. High season is from January to April and during this period the factory is often at maximum capacity so lead-times will be longer. We can often deliver a little quicker than 5~6 weeks. If you have your artwork ready and need quick turnaround please contact us with the details and we can check with production and advise if we can meet your requirements.
